After the slave is placed correctly The Guard orders higher rank slave to put the bag and keep it. After some time she orders to release it. Higher rank slave explains that that's because lower rank slave was not obedient enough so this must be more painful. This put-release sequence should happen three times. After that the Guard orders to put the bag permanently using lower slave's belt. She instructs higher rank slave how to do this properly. Her toes spread forward causing the flats to come off and just dangle from her toes, then a sickening crunch is heard as the demon finishes her by breaking her neck vertebrae. Her body relaxes at the same time a faint gurgle comes out of her mouth. The shoes fall off, and the soles of her feet and body relax, with her toes twitching a bit. Her eyes are open and her tongue hangs by the side. After, the demon sits her on couch, straightens her head and poses her by putting her shoes on, and crossing her legs. The leg that is over and has the foot dangling, he pulls the heel cup of the shoe a bit so that the shoe is left dangling from the toe. He grabs a magazine and puts it on her lap and places her hands on the sides so that it looks like she is grabbing it. The demon struggles a bit to keep her head straight since it flips around due to the neck being broken. Finally he points her face down as if she would be reading the magazine place on her lap. The hair hides her distorted dead stare. The other girl, comes back and tells her that she doesn’t know what’s going on with the thermostat, since it’s still cold. She doesn’t answer. She looks at her, and calls her again. No answer. She touches her shoulder and shakes her a bit and her head tilts backward and to the side, with faint cracklings heard from the broken bones of her neck, and revealing her death stare. The face pale, and the neck bruised from the pressure and bone breaking in the neck. The shoe that was dangling from the toe falls off. She puts both hands on her mouth in disbelief and as she turns around to go to the phone to call the police, she runs into the demon who grabs her by the throat with one hand. He starts to lift her up slowly. Her feet leave the floor. Her mules managing to stay on her feet but struggling to stay on. It was the sheer will of her toes that would keep those shoes on. Her gags keep coming out of her mouth as he squeezes harder, her face turning red first, her tongue coming out and her eyes opening wide. Her hands squeeze his arm to no avail. She suddenly sees what looks like a long and thin knife in front of her face. Since she can’t talk she shakes her head to plead with him not to kill her. The ice pick enters her open mouth and pierces the back of her throat and through the back of her brain. Her eyes roll back, her hands let go of his forearms and her arms flop to the side. Gurgles come out of her mouth and a little bit of blood trickles from her side of the mouth. Her feet relax in the air, and gravity takes a hold of her shoes. They simply slip off and fall off revealing her soles since her toes have no force anymore. A little twitches of her toes, and then her feet relax totally as the gurgles subside. He sits her on the couch also with her feet resting on the coffee table. He rests the feet of the other girl again in the coffee table. Both next to each other with their eyes open and tongues out. The demon grabs the head of one of them head from both sides and twists it so hard that the head goes around 180 degrees. A sickening crunch is heard. Her dead toes spread in reaction and relax. The demon gives the head another twist, causing the toes again to spread and wiggle, the crunch sounds again accompanied by a gushing sound of flesh and sinue being teared. As her head is tored off her dead body, her toes then relax. Then with the same long knife he stabbed the woman through the mouth, he grabs the other girl’s hair, pulls head back exposing her throat and starts to cut the throat of her corpse. Though she’s dead faint gags come out of her dead mouth, and her toes twitch. He cuts deeper, and as the knife reaches the bone, he drops knife, grabs her head and twists it around. Her toes spread and then relax. A noise of flesh tearing is heard along with crackling sounds of the neck vertebrae breaking. Twisting her head off like a bottle cap. The demon leaves their heads next to their headless corpses. Both corpses posed with soles propped up in the coffee table.

Her soles flexing, toes spreading, her eyes roll back. Some gurgles later she expires, her feet relaxing. He pulls knife out of neck. He starts to slice the throat slowly. She’s dead but faint gags and gurgles come out of her half way open mouth. Her dead toes twitch a little as he cuts deeper into her throat. The knife cuts through all the throat cartilage reaching the neck bone. He grabs her head and twists it hard. The head goes around 180 degrees. Her toes spread in reaction. Sound of torn flesh fills the room. He twists the head around again. Pulls her head upwards and removes her head. Her toes from the headless corpse twitch a bit more, and then relax. He puts her head right next to her headless corpse. Two contestants go together to the room and as they enter the room they go into shock when they see the decapitated contestant sitting on the bed. As they turn around to go warn the others, they’re confronted with Mr. Sandman who grabs them both by their throats and squeezes hard. He lifts them up a bit first so they’re standing on their tip toes. The heel of their feet slips out the back of their shoes showing half of their soles. He walks forward. They’re forced to walk backward on their tip toes toward a wall that has hooks to hang coats. He lifts them up more, slowly, as they go up the pressure on their throats increases, their eyes open wide, and faces turn red, the tongue extends out. Their feet now on the air. He twists his hand on one of the contestants breaking her neck. Her feet shake quick and relax. Her shoes fall off from her feet. The other one is almost dead from choking. Her arms flop to the side. She is gagging and gurgling. She is so weak her toes cannot hold on to the shoes anymore. Gravity takes its toll and the shoes simply drop. He thrusts both of his arms forward and impales the back of their heads against the hook. The one that was still alive dies with her eyes rolling back. The other was already dead. He leaves them hanging there. Another contestant goes to the resting room to check on them since it’s been a while. She enters the room and sees the three contestants dead. Before she can scream a swoosh sound is heard, accompanied by a gushing sound. Mr. Sandman who appeared behind her, had swong a machete right across her neck. Again, as the knife reaches bone and meets resistance, Mr. Sandman grabs her head by the temples and twists the head around 180 degrees. A faint gag and gurgle is heard, along with the sound of gushing as he pulls the head off. Her feet twitch. Her headless body stays sitted in the sofa. Now Mr. Sandman recovers all the bodies. Sits them on the floor straight with their backs resting on the wall. Right next to each other. The ones that are decapitated, he puts the heads right next to them. The girl pees in disgrace, twitches and loses consciousness. She finds herself exhausted on the operating table. The maniac applies terrible inhuman torture to her and dismembers her alive. He cuts off both her legs and both arms, and she, or rather the bleeding stump that remains of her, watches her terrible death. In the evening, three female police officers in a car come to the same house to look for their missing colleague. Another policewoman enters the house, and she is close to catching the killer, but he turns out to be stronger and hits her with a knife. The same terrible fate awaits her as the first victim. The remaining two policewomen go into battle, but the maniac planted an explosive device. One of the girls is torn apart by the explosion and the maniac also shoots her three times with a shotgun. The girl falls into pieces: her intestines, liver, kidneys, and spleen fall out, but unfortunately for her, she is still alive. She does not immediately understand, in painful shock, what happened to her, and at first she thinks that she is wounded and loses consciousness. when she comes to her senses, she sees all her internal organs and cannot believe in such a terrible, shameful end. She tries in vain to shove her intestines back into her stomach, picks up her organs, screams piercingly and slowly dies painfully. The last policewoman was stunned and stripped on the operating table, dismembered, left without arms and legs, and all her internal organs were pulled out of her... After the work is finished, the maniac drags the dismembered bodies into the yard and burns them, peering into the flames as parts of young female bodies burn out... It was his lucky day of sadism. The Agent moves forward and stabs Sally right in her navel. Sally’s war cry is stopped and she grunts: URK! Closeup her face, totally surprised: Cut to sword in her belly: The agent pushes the sword deeper inside her and Sally gurgles blood. The agent pulls the sword out and Sally collapse on the floor. Fade to black. Fade in again: Dally has been laid out by the agent for his killing ritual. Sally is laid out, arms and legs outstretched, under her back is a pillow to enhance her arch, chest and ribs. Sally is already deadly wounded. She is lying still but breathing heavily and her breath/grunt is clearly audible. Her eyes and mouth are open wide. She is in shock, staring just above, not at the agent, only above… paralyzed by the agony. PLEASE AS EXCACTLY AS POSSIBLE AS IN THE VID jack.mp4!!!!! Long scene! Shots of this scene with Sally breathing and grunting loudly and staring in shock from many angles! Finally he pushes it in and we hear a SLASHING SOUND AND THE HEARTBEAT STOPS!!! Blood oozes from the heartwound. A HUGE mount of blood splashes from Sally’s mouth! Now Sally arches her back up, making breathing suffocated Again from many angles, from the side, behind below is my favorite: Finally Sally collapses dead.
