Pandora has been found guilty of smuggling drugs with Anna Cummings. A documentary film crew is documenting her last moments and execution for another country. They narrate her experiences. Anna is executed first, and Pandora can hear her dying in her cell. She has been told that if she allows the guard to play with her feet he will cause her to strangle faster. After giving the guard a foot show she is taken to the garrote.

Pandora is forced to sit on the garrote chair in her panties topless as extra humiliation. Once her sentence is read the rope is tightened just enough for her to strangle slowly. She kicks off a sandal and later the guard takes off her other sandals to play with her bare feet as she strangles. Pandora's tongue pops out and drool flows out of her mouth. Finally the guard gives the rope another twist and Pandora dies. The guard plays with her tits one last time before leaving her body on the garrote for an hour.
