After she returns, together with higher rank slave they place lower rank slave on the chair with handcuffs for her execution. After the slave is placed correctly The Guard orders higher rank slave to put the bag and keep it. After some time she orders to release it. Higher rank slave explains that that's because lower rank slave was not obedient enough so this must be more painful. This put-release sequence should happen three times. After that the Guard orders to put the bag permanently using lower slave's belt. She instructs higher rank slave how to do this properly. Higher rank slave should choke lower rank slave with this belt and the Guard should supervise this process and give "how to" orders. Her toes spread forward causing the flats to come off and just dangle from her toes, then a sickening crunch is heard as the demon finishes her by breaking her neck vertebrae. Her body relaxes at the same time a faint gurgle comes out of her mouth. The shoes fall off, and the soles of her feet and body relax, with her toes twitching a bit. Her eyes are open and her tongue hangs by the side. After, the demon sits her on couch, straightens her head and poses her by putting her shoes on, and crossing her legs. The leg that is over and has the foot dangling, he pulls the heel cup of the shoe a bit so that the shoe is left dangling from the toe. He grabs a magazine and puts it on her lap and places her hands on the sides so that it looks like she is grabbing it. The demon struggles a bit to keep her head straight since it flips around due to the neck being broken. Finally he points her face down as if she would be reading the magazine place on her lap. The hair hides her distorted dead stare. The other girl, comes back and tells her that she doesn’t know what’s going on with the thermostat, since it’s still cold. She doesn’t answer. She looks at her, and calls her again. No answer. She touches her shoulder and shakes her a bit and her head tilts backward and to the side, with faint cracklings heard from the broken bones of her neck, and revealing her death stare. The face pale, and the neck bruised from the pressure and bone breaking in the neck. The shoe that was dangling from the toe falls off. She puts both hands on her mouth in disbelief and as she turns around to go to the phone to call the police, she runs into the demon who grabs her by the throat with one hand. He starts to lift her up slowly. Her feet leave the floor. Her mules managing to stay on her feet but struggling to stay on. It was the sheer will of her toes that would keep those shoes on. Her gags keep coming out of her mouth as he squeezes harder, her face turning red first, her tongue coming out and her eyes opening wide. Her hands squeeze his arm to no avail. She suddenly sees what looks like a long and thin knife in front of her face. Since she can’t talk she shakes her head to plead with him not to kill her. The ice pick enters her open mouth and pierces the back of her throat and through the back of her brain. Her eyes roll back, her hands let go of his forearms and her arms flop to the side. Gurgles come out of her mouth and a little bit of blood trickles from her side of the mouth. Her feet relax in the air, and gravity takes a hold of her shoes. They simply slip off and fall off revealing her soles since her toes have no force anymore. A little twitches of her toes, and then her feet relax totally as the gurgles subside. He sits her on the couch also with her feet resting on the coffee table. He rests the feet of the other girl again in the coffee table. Both next to each other with their eyes open and tongues out. The demon grabs the head of one of them head from both sides and twists it so hard that the head goes around 180 degrees. A sickening crunch is heard. Her dead toes spread in reaction and relax. The demon gives the head another twist, causing the toes again to spread and wiggle, the crunch sounds again accompanied by a gushing sound of flesh and sinue being teared. As her head is tored off her dead body, her toes then relax. Then with the same long knife he stabbed the woman through the mouth, he grabs the other girl’s hair, pulls head back exposing her throat and starts to cut the throat of her corpse. Though she’s dead faint gags come out of her dead mouth, and her toes twitch. He cuts deeper, and as the knife reaches the bone, he drops knife, grabs her head and twists it around. Her toes spread and then relax. A noise of flesh tearing is heard along with crackling sounds of the neck vertebrae breaking. Twisting her head off like a bottle cap. The demon leaves their heads next to their headless corpses. Both corpses posed with soles propped up in the coffee table.

The masked guy then pulls the weigh rack away. The actor asks what he’s doing, it’s too heavy, put it back, for God-f*cking sake, put it back, PLEASE! I can’t, I can’t hold it it any more. We see masked guy pick up weight plate and holds it over the actor’s groin area and then drops it. The actor screams as the pains causes him to lose control of the weight bar, which drops and begins to crush his throat. We see blood flow from where weight bar has crushed his throat; gushing from his mouth and nose and dripping from his shorts where the weight plate has crushed him there and off the bench to the floor. Actor screams why are you doing this stop, please stop. Masked guy then pushes down on the weight bar to continue killing the actor, who screams in agony and whose body struggles greatly on the bench. Blood flows more from his mouth, nose, and crushed throat. Scene should not be too short, but should show a longer struggle. As he dies, we hear the gurgling from his mouth and nose as he suffocates on his own blood. His body shakes and trembles in death agony, and then he goes limp with his eyes staring off in horror. I can send you a clip from the inspiration scene from the movie “Happy Birthday to Me,” but I’d want it to be bloodier, longer and more full of the victim’s horror and pain, screaming and blood. The scene in Happy Birthday to me is far to short and not explicit enough, and the camera angles are not that great. 2. Stabbed in the shower. This scene is inspired by the movie Psycho, but unlike Psycho, which implies the stabbing, I’d like to show the stabbing explicitly. Before stepping into shower, actor washes his face and wets his hair in the sink. He then flexes in front of the mirror and smiles cockily at his good looks. He steps into the shower and we see shots of him soaping up and rinsing his body. Masked guy steps into bathroom with big knife. Actor sees masked guy, recognizes him and jokes about the really convincing fake knife and then asks him why doesn’t he try stabbing him with it. Then the masked guy stabs actor repeatedly in the shower. We see knife penetrate torso several times; actor screams, and blood flows from his wounds, mouth and nostrils. He lifts his arms up to defend himself, but the masked man in too strong. We see the actor collapse slowly against the shower wall and on to the shower floor. His body trembles greatly as he dies, and his eyes are open in horror. 3. Executed with Arrows: This is kind of inspired by various paintings of St. Sebastian martyred by being tied with his arms above his head to a tree and executed by being shot with arrows. I can share some concept pictures. Only here, the setting is a dark basement, and the actor is an undercover agent that has been discovered by the drug mafia and executed slowly with arrows. Actor is tied with his arms above his head to a pole. Masked man enters room with bow and several large, thick arrows. Actor recognizes him and calls him coward for hiding behind a mask to kill him. Actor is defiant, but also a bit afraid. There’s sweat running down his face, out of his armpits and down his torso since it’s also hot in the basement. Actor starts off defiant saying you’ll never get away with this; the agency will get the mafia in the end. Masked man chuckles and places an arrow in his bow and aims it at actor. Actor screams, no, no, don’t do this. Masked man shoots arrow into actor’s thigh; actor screams and contorts his body horribly in agony. Masked man shoots arrow into actor’s shoulder. Actor screams in agony - please stop, please. Masked man shoots arrow into actor’s abs. Actor screams and contorts body even more - please, I’ll tell you anything; give you names; just stop. Masked man shoots arrow into actor’s pecs. Actor screams, please stop, I’m dying. Masked man’s shoots arrows into actor’s throat. Blood gushes from wound and flows from actor’s nostril and mouth and drip down his torso. Actor looks in horror back at masked man. Finally, masked man executes actor by shooting arrow into actor’s eye. Actor’s body goes limp and his ruined body hangs pierced with arrows and dripping blood on to the floor.  SKIERS

She looks worried and turns off the water to listen but can hear nothing. She shrugs; she must be imagining things. Sasha gets out of the shower and dries herself. Again looking at herself in the mirror, let’s down her hair and combs it, puts on a silk bathrobe and her glasses. She goes back to sit on the sofa and starts to read a magazine. There is a sudden noise and she looks up in alarm. Suddenly, a figure appears behind the sofa, wearing a Halloween mask and holding a nylon stocking. As Sasha goes to turn around, he wraps the stocking round her throat. Her eyes bulge in surprise. She claws at her neck and at her attacker, and her body bucks desperately as she tries to free herself. Her face contorts in a mix of agony, shock and terror. Her robe falls open. She goes cross-eyed at times and sometimes her tongue protrudes wildly as she searches for air. At one point she manages to move her body to a standing position on the sofa. Her robe has fallen away completely and her glasses fall off in the violent struggle. At other points her attacker forces her onto her front and her back, before she is forced back into a sitting position. There is an overhead camera shot from the killer POV as her head is tilted up and back, looking at him in terror (close-ups here). Then she is facing front again, her face increasingly contorted, cross-eyed, tongue protruding. After a long and violent struggle, she gradually begins to weaken. Her attacker moves to the front of the sofa to face her. He reaches for her glasses and replaces them on her face; then removes his mask. There is an expression of disbelief on her face as she recognises that it is her work colleague. We now see a brief flashback to Sasha in the office - from killer POV - gleefully telling him that he’s fired. Then we cut back to his POV as he viciously tightens the stocking further. Her eyes bulge wide in shock, hands reach up to her throat, her tongue protrudes fully. Her arms then flail by her side and her body convulses as she nears her end. There is one final look of panic and surprise her face as she realises that there is no more air, that this is her last moment. She dies with her face frozen in an expression of surprise, slightly cross-eyed, mouth open, tongue protruding. The stocking is still hanging loosely round her neck. As the killer surveys her body there are jump cuts between brief shots of Sasha walking down the street, on the phone to her friend, looking in the mirror as she undresses and removes her bra, and then back to her dead face. He leaves and we see various shots of her dead body and face, frozen in surprise and terror. Clothes - high class executive (no very short skirts). Underwear sexy but not tarty. Thick framed glasses are important (please use those from custom Persecution Mania if possible). Make-up also high class (no bright red lipstick or excessive eye shadow) Take time with the build-up - walking down street, shots in apartment etc Mira should really struggle hard during attack - lots of face contortions and work with eyes Final death expression of shock very important and should be maintained through rest of film.
