Featuring: Tracy C. Lixx

A new conservative law in Florida gives private citizens the right to execute criminals at home for a small fee. The Hangman loves this new law and sets his eyes on sexy Tracy, who was just arrested for drugs. The law says she can be hanged by anyone for a small fee. The Hangman pays it and Tracy is delivered to his house. Tracy protests as she is dragged to his basement gallows. The noose is placed around her neck after she is made to stand on a small platform. The Hangman belts her legs together, and then pulls out the platform. Tracy hangs slowly in her prison uniform and flip-flops. Not satisfied that she didn\\\'t kick them off, the Hangman takes Tracy down after she passes out.

The Hangman takes off Tracy\\\'s flip-flops and begins to tug at the rope to wake her up. Tracy wakes up as the Hangman begins to pull her into the air to hang her again. He lets her strangle and kick even longer this time, but he still doesn\\\'t find it satisfying. Finally, he takes Tracy down just after she passes out again.

Next, Tracy is unconscious and in a Spanish Garrote machine. Her prison uniform is off, and she is just in her panties. The Hangman wakes her up, and before she knows what is happening, the Hangman begins to turn the crank. Tracy slowly strangles as the rope gets tighter and tighter around her neck. She pulls at the rope with her fingers, but the crank pulling the rope makes her efforts in vain. Finally, she strangles to death. The Hangman leaves her body there while he considers purchasing his next victim.
