Lavinia has an incurable disease and decides to die making her deepest fantasy true instead of dying a miserable an painful death: she decides to go to a special centre where she can be terminated by guillotine, as being headless is something which has been turned her on for a lifetime.
She has a preventive discussion with the person who will execute her. She looks very confident and determined to go on. On the execution day she comes in with a tight mini skirt and high heels, shocking the man, who asks why she is dressed like that. She replies that she wants to enjoy the moment and die pretty, and there it starts a surreal talking about her headless body, her legs, what he will do with her, etc.
Finally she is locked in the machine and, all excited, she is beheaded.
The clip ends with a NBM scene showing her headless body on the couch crossing and uncrossing her sexy legs.
