A murder scheme involves posting an add for an expensive property rental under a pseudonym so in a single day, multiple victims can be lured to the location. The killer targets collage age renters that tend to have lots of money so identities can be stolen for a nice payday after kills.

Today, the deadly landlady had 3 girls for separate interviews. She has a process. She gloats over them, tells them they are perfect for the place, but she insinuates she wants to get some sexy action for the deal to close. And each girls falls right into the trap.

But only a little bit later...the final girl arrives. This one is named Stella. She is cute as a button and turns out, loves to be a lesbian. They go at it intensely, but the landlady's more interested in them when they are dead. So once Stella is distracted, she strangles her to death with her garrote.

Once dead, the landlady can take her sweet time with this pretty girl and as with the other two, gets off intently and now is truly exhausted. She takes the body away to hide, already thinking about going to the next town and setting up the next grift.
