Stephie, shaking, coughing blood, was seriously wounded and could only do what one does when in this condition. Ask for help.

Stella helped her all right. A quick plunge into Stephies heart, then removal of the so called "cork" that was keeping her alive, and Stephie was gone, staring lifelessly.

Stella was indeed proud of herself and had not noticed her boyfriend standing behind her. She was comforted by his presence, explaining the need for her actions. He agreed, then quickly killed his lover by stabbing her in the chest.

Now, both girls dead, he inadvertently solved his main problem, though sadly had to sacrifice Stephie. He feared that might happen, so instead of deep remorse, he honored both their deaths by fucking their corpses until he was satisfied.

He left them sprawled next to each other, bloody, on his bed, making a note to himself that he would have to clean up later. Time for another shower.
