Starring Casey Calvert and Miles

Casey is kidnapped and taken to a hospital-like room. She has no idea where she is, but there is a man in scrubs and she is surrounded by bright lights and medical equipment. He handcuffs her to the bed and removes her pants, sandals, and shirt, revealing a set of black panties and bra. Then he attaches several electrodes and AED pads.

He gives her several shocks with the AED pads, her hips bucking high in the air and her head thrown back by the shock. Then he squeezes gel from a tube all over her torso and brings out the defibrillators. He rubs them together to coat them in gel and then he uses them and again, her hips raise way into the air. She goes into cardiac arrest and he successfully resuscitates her; using CPR, chest compressions, defibrillators, and an adrenaline shot to the heart.

When she is revived, he attaches jumper cables to her nipples. He runs the electricity through these and she squirms violently, shaking and bucking, her extremities curling and her eyes slamming shut in torture. He goes at this for a while, enjoying watching her writhe, when she starts having a seizure. Her body shakes violently between the seizure and the electricity running through her.

The man attempts to resuscitate her again, using the same methods as before, but this time her body has taken too much stress and she is dead. He removes the AED pads and electrodes, and finally lifts the sea foam green sheet over her head.
