A nurse on the take, planning to kill a patient, is, herself, a target when an assassin attacks her with a knife.

Stabbed in the belly, she is tossed to the bed where the man exposed her flesh and stabs her again, right next to the first wound. She is reeling in pain. "Mercy", she pleads.

But, there is no mercy for a nurse who would kill. He torments her, then stabs her slowly under each breast. The pain is unbearable.

He rapes her while she is suffering, the stabs her in the chest and watches as she dies, then finishes inside her corpse before leaving her sprawled on the bed.
