She is fighting for air, bucking, struggling, but he is done with her and after a few moments, he crushes her trachea. She is dead, staring at him. There will be no bringing her back. Several hours later, she lies on a table in another room. Dead. The room is cool, 38º. He slowly uncovers her, looking her over. She is pretty in death.
